Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for candles returned in original condition. Please contact info@karyslayne.ca to begin the return process, with a reason for the request. Please allow 7 days for processing.

Customer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
